**1. Completed Activities**
None.

**2. Pending Items & Look-ahead**
The plant is currently in preparation for startup, with the following sequence of activities planned:

*   **Pre-Startup Line-up & Utility Readiness:**
    *   Line up plant and main process for startup.
    *   Initiate hot oil cold circulation (confirm PD-601 level ≥ 15%).
    *   Receive DIW, LPW, MPW utilities.
    *   Start PP-502A(B) (control PC-2502 = 12.5 kg/cm²), PP-503A(B), PP-504A(B), and PP-304A(B).
    *   Prepare and warm up condensate drains PE-502, PE-503, PE-504.
    *   Start lube oil system PM-401A/B.
    *   Introduce steam to tracing line jacket pipe and valves.

*   **Cold Circulation, Pressurization & Heating:**
    *   Start main process cold circulation and pressurize.
    *   Pressurize feed and reactor to target 65 kg/cm².
    *   Start hot oil cold circulation (PP-601A(B)(C) AUT start by B/M).
    *   Perform F/O check H.O inlet PF-601 (balance 4 lines approximately 30 min after PP-601 start).
    *   Heat up H.O. by igniting main burner one by one (rate: 50°C/hr).
    *   Heat up main process by Hot oil and pressurize crystallizer (PE-601, PD-1205).

*   **System Startups (Separation, Dryer, RPF/RVF):**
    *   Start separation and dryer system.
    *   Line up and warm up RPF (PM-401D for 2 hours), then start RPF.
    *   Line up loop RVF.
    *   Prepare and start PP-601 (two operation modes).
    *   Start PP-402(A)B to RVF.
    *   Start lube oil dryer and loop dryer (raise level PD-501).

*   **Feed Introduction & Slurry Management:**
    *   Switch LPW to recycle solvent via PD-101 and re-slurry operation route.
    *   Confirm PG of RD before starting TA feed.
    *   Prepare and start TA feed via re-slurry operation route (initiate SEQ LC-2301-2303 OPEN/CLOSE).
    *   After TA feed completion, stop PM-102.
    *   Start PM-901.
    *   Prepare and execute switch from recycle slurry to normal operation.

*   **Post-Startup Checks:**
    *   Start Exapilot program.
    *   Perform I/L confirmation check.
    *   Confirm drum levels (LOCAL & DCS).

**3. Issues / Remarks**
